Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken (about 1 large breast) 2 hard cooked eggs 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1/2 cup diced red onion 1 avocado 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped 2-3 tbsp Ranch dressing Optional: 1/2 cup of feta or blue cheese
Instructions:
- Cook chicken and chopped.
- Hard cook eggs, around 8 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add dressing, 2 to 3 tablespoons depending on liking.
