Toast with Sunflower Seed Butter and Jam

Can it be something more easy to make in the busy morning? Have you considered a healthier alternative to peanut butter? Sunflower butter has significantly more unsaturated fat, magnesium and vitamin E than peanut butter. So why not?

Just coat a toast in the morning with sunflower seeds butter and then coast it with jam. And… watch your toddler eating it with smile 🙂
