I love Sundays. I usually clean my house on Saturday and Sunday is a day when I just enjoy myself and my little one. We go for a walk, have people over, play lots and just treasure each other company. This smoothie is a perfect start to my Sunday. It is healthy but it has a touch of sugar through that peanut butter I sneak into. It does make me feel like I’m not only healthy but also giving myself a bit of Sunday Treat.

Ingredients 1 cup kefir (natural is best but if vanilla will make you feel better then go for it!) 1 cup whole milk ½ avocado ½ cup oatmeal 2 tablespoon flax seeds 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to the blender.
2. Blend it all together.
3. Pour into your favorite Sunday cup.
4. Enjoy!
