This is the best breakfast you can make for your little one while having a busy morning. It’s super quick but made with toddlers in heart. It is packed with protein, calcium, vitamin B, fiber, potassium, probiotic and healthy fats. Make sure you choose the right yogurt. I actually choose KEFIR but whole milk plain yogurt is a great choice too. I am a big fan of kefir, you will see me using it a lot in my recipes. I will also write entire post about benefits of kefir over yogurt. In brief, it has more fat, more protein and more probiotic. For example, half a cup of Liberte organic kefir delivers 40 billion probiotic organisms while most of probiotic yogurts contains roughly one billion per serving. If your baby has diary intolerance, choose plain non-dairy yogurt.

Ingredients ¼ unsweetened applesauce ¼ kefir or whole milk plain yogurt 2 table spoons instant oats 1 pinch cinnamon 1 teaspoon flaxseeds or chia seeds 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon raisin or cranberry
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Cover with the lid.
3. Place in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 4-5 hrs).
4. Serve chilled.
